Our client is searching for a highly strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to join their growing team in Leicester, Leicestershire, UK . This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing specialists and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to produce engaging and high-converting marketing materials.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • A strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) principles.
