Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Support trade marketing programmes, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Assist with logistics, setup, and presence at trade shows & events
- Work with design on brochures, product sheets, EDMs, and giveaways
- Manage and distribute marketing assets and product data
- Help coordinate campaigns across email, websites, social media & content
What we’re looking for:
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn new software & skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & email marketing tools (Klaviyo ideal)
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject preferred
- Experience in trade shows, events or similar (preferred)

Your opportunity
This individual will be responsible for the following key areas:
+ Marketing automation:
+ Manage e-mail production requests from the Channel Marketing team.
+ Coordinate e-mail marketing activity to ensure smooth campaign execution.
+ Events and webcasts:
+ Manage the invitation & registration process.
+ Coordinate promotional activities to boost event registrations
+ Campaigns:
+ Contribute to the delivery of pan-regional marketing campaigns.
