Who we are
We’re a dynamic and rapidly expanding Corporate Services Group, led by our passionate founder and CEO. With a thriving customer base of over 500,000 and consistent growth of 20% year-on-year, we're shaking up the business services space. From Company Formation and Legal Support to Virtual Offices, we provide everything businesses need to start, grow, and succeed. Profitable, innovative, and customer-obsessed, we’re on a mission to redefine how modern businesses are supported—and we’re looking for driven individuals to grow with us.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to develop, plan, build, and optimise high‑performing email campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Campaign Director and liaise with internal teams to execute campaigns end‑to‑end, from audience segmentation, copy writing/editing, and build, to QA, launch, testing, and reporting. If you love driving impactful, data-backed automated journeys that drive growth and retention, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own & Lead:
- Intake, triage, and prioritise incoming requests from internal teams; set clear timelines and expectations, communicate status, and manage approvals and stakeholders through to delivery (balancing BAU sends, automated journeys, and ad‑hoc campaigns).
- Own campaign execution across the email lifecycle: onboarding, education, cross‑sell/upsell, renewals, win‑back, newsletters, and one‑off promos.
- Build segments and dynamic audiences based on campaign requirements.
- Develop automated workflows and triggered programs (e.g., multi‑step drips, event‑based journeys, transactional/operational comms).
- Write and edit clear, on‑brand copy; assemble emails with modular templates; collaborate with content/design on visuals and tone.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, content, timing, offers); document insights, roll out winners, and apply learnings to campaign strategy
- Monitor and improve deliverability (list hygiene, sunsetting, domain authentication, IP/warmup strategy); manage consent and preferences (GDPR).
- Report on performance (deliverability, engagement, conversions, revenue impact); create dashboards and translate insights into actions.
- Enforce QA checklists to ensure campaigns are responsive and accessible.
- Support broader omni‑channel campaigns (email + SMS) and contribute to continuous program innovation.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years executing high‑performing email programs in a B2B, services, or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience with marketing automation/ESP platforms (Customer.io preferred; experience with Braze/Iterable/Klaviyo/HubSpot a plus).
- Skilled at building automated journeys, event‑based triggers, and complex segmentation.
- Strong grasp of email best practices: copywriting, design, segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, accessibility, consent and data privacy (GDPR).
- Proficient in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance analysis (UTMs, attribution basics).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and modular template systems; familiarity with Litmus/Email on Acid is a plus.
- Data fluency: confident in building reports and dashboards; basic SQL or API/webhook familiarity is a bonus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; strong attention to detail; keen eye for brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance requirements.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and CRM teams.
- Organised self‑starter who can manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Team player attitude, with a willingness to support and take direction from senior marketing leads.
- Proactive and curious, staying current with email marketing trends, tools, and emerging best practices
Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be surrounded by passionate, talented changemakers with big ambitions—not just for our business but for our world. Our teams are based remotely and on-site in London and Glasgow, and you’ll be the critical cultural connector between them all. We're a company striving for best-in-class service through empathy, integrity, and innovation—and we want you to be the voice and leader who helps us get there.

Job Description
About Quant Network Ltd
Quant is the foundation of the blockchain economy.
Assets of all kinds, from currencies to carbon credits, are being tokenised on blockchain, making their ownership immutable, their provenance traceable and their use manageable. Our patent-pending technology makes this simple, trusted and future-proof.
We work with financial institutions and corporates to dramatically reduce their time-to-market, create new revenue lines, and mitigate risk by delivering enterprise-grade solutions built with security and compliance front of mind.
Founded in 2018, Quant is UK-based with a US presence. We spearheaded the Blockchain ISO Standard TC307 adopted by 57 countries and solved interoperability with the creation of the world’s first blockchain-agnostic API gateway, Overledger.
The Role
We’re pioneers in what is effectively a new market segment, so a large part of our marketing involves educating our audiences using a wide variety of assets and channels. Product Marketing helps this by understanding our market, our customers' needs, and our product strategy to deliver powerful and compelling messaging and materials that drive awareness, educate, and fuels the adoption of Overledger Platform, ultimately driving customer acquisition and retention.
As a Product Marketing Specialist at Quant, you’ll be taking on an exciting and dynamic role that provides a rare opportunity to help build a truly innovative business with an inspiring team. Your internal network will be varied as product marketing really shines in collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and engineering. Understanding our market and customers will be paramount to your success.
Our shared values
We have expertise in finance and technology in common but what unites us is our beliefs. We believe in:
- Innovation: We love a challenge and have little respect for the status quo. Experience has taught us that problems are a matter of perspective and that, with new ideas and a fresh way of looking at things, solutions often present themselves.
- Ambition: The scale of a task won’t deter us when we believe it will take as closer to our vision. Every problem is an opportunity. Every obstacle, the chance to take a calculated risk and question assumptions. In short, we’re not afraid to think big.
- Trust: Fundamental to a prosperous economy, trust also lies at the heart of our company. Indeed, we believe it is the bedrock of a healthy society committed to equality and fairness. We trust each other, we engineer trust into our solutions, and we work hard every day to earn the trust of our clients and partners.
- Adaptability: We remain open-minded, objective and flexible at all times. When the facts change, so does our approach. We embrace that agility and encourage all those we work with to do the same.
- Respect: We’re respectful of the ideas and perspectives of others, we celebrate people’s differences and recognise their achievements. We also hold the needs and health of our environment dear. And we have no tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted and compelling demand and lead generation campaigns, including channels such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn, display and email
- Optimise website journeys and search engine optimisation
- Plan, execute and analyse A/B (split) testing and landing pages
- Help deliver materials that align with our overall objectives and product positioning across all customer touchpoints
- Help manage product launches and other campaigns
- Collaborate in user communications and content production in collaboration with other teams
- Event production (webinars and trade shows)
- Other Product Marketing activities, as requested
Requirements
Essential
- Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing campaigns
- Previous experience in B2B fintech, cyber security or SaaS organisations
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to build a knowledge base on complex products within a unique sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear and compelling messages
- Accountable, with solid organisation skills, prioritisation ability, and capacity to strategically manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where change is the only constant
- Self-driven, positive, and collaborative
- Comfortable with analysing data and producing reports
- Excellent copywriting skills
- High attention to detail with pride and focus on the quality of deliverables
- Fully identify with our values (see below)
Desirable
- Experience in value proposition development
- Experience in collaborating with other teams, particularly Sales and Product Dep
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficiency with WordPress, Asana and Miro
Benefits
We aim to be one of the most desirable employers in fintech, somewhere you are valued and inspired to do the best work of your career alongside a high-performance team of colleagues that feels the same. That’s why, in addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
- Flexible hybrid working model
- Discretionary Bonus scheme
- Pension scheme
- Private Health insurance
- Life assurance
- Paid parental leave
- Paid sick leave
- Physical and mental wellbeing perks including online fitness classes, online GP consultations and discounted gym membership
Whilst applications may be reviewed as they are received, we anticipate to not accept any further applications after 5pm GMT on Friday 13th September 2024 (Please note extended closing date, previous applications do not need to reapply).
Note to recruitment agencies
