The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join us and lead our growing Affiliate Marketing Programme, work closely on SEO, and get stuck into a wide variety of marketing projects. You’ll also lend a hand with PPC; Pay-per-click campaigns (maternity cover), and generally help keep our marketing machine running smoothly.

This is a varied, exciting role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who loves juggling different projects and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You’ll Be Doing

Affiliate Marketing

· As the channel lead you will manage and grow our affiliate marketing programme. Building great relationships with partners and liaising closely with our current affiliate partner Tradedoubler.

· Track performance, spot opportunities, and optimise campaigns for better results.

· Seek and on-board new partners to drive customer acquisition and help us grow even faster.

SEO Support

· Work with our external SEO consultant to put agreed strategies into action.

· Contribute to on-page optimisation, content ideas, and technical SEO tweaks.

· Keep an eye on rankings and website performance, helping us boost organic traffic.

PPC (Maternity Cover)

· Work closely with our PPC consultant to support the planning, running, and optimisation of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).

· Monitor results, help with weekly and monthly reporting, whilst striving to hit (and beat) key KPIs.

Wider Digital Support

· Supporting wider teams or digital channels on a project or ad-hoc basis, including website management, population or CRO, content production or CMS support or E-CRM or personalisation.

Direct Marketing Support

· Work with and support the Head of Direct Marketing on brochures, flyers, and leaflets.

· Occasionally create and place newspaper adverts.

· Make sure everything we produce looks and feels on-brand and brings synergy.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to have:

· 3–5+ years’ experience in a rounded marketing role.

· Proven experience in affiliate marketing.

· Knowledge of SEO and PPC principles.

· Strong copywriting, communication, and proofreading skills.

· A knack for staying organised and juggling multiple projects at once.

· You thrive off working in a fast-paced but productive and successful marketing team.

· Confidence working both independently and with a team.

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· Microsoft Office skills and experience using various reporting and analytics tools including Google Analytics.

· Experience working with agencies or consultants.

· A passion for travel/leisure.

It’d be great if you also have:

· Experience working with affiliate networks (e.g., Tradedoubler, or others).

· PPC platform knowledge (Google Ads, Bing Ads).

· Experience using GSC (Google Search Console) or other SEO/keyword tools.

· Experience working on website platforms and maintaining a website CMS, with a knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).

· A marketing related degree.

· Experience working within a B2C environment.
