    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
    • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within gaming, esports, or entertainment sectors.
    • Proven expertise in building and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
    • Strong storytelling and content development skills.
    • Exceptional ability to translate complex goals into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Deep understanding of gaming culture, esports ecosystems, and mainstream audience engagement.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, and external stakeholders.
    • Experience working with intercultural teams and diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
    • Demonstrated soft skills including:
      • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
      • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
      • Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities.
