  • Analysing digital performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve growth and campaign success.

To succeed as a Digital Marketing Manager , you'll need to show proven ability in delivering digital results alongside a passion for social, web, and data. We're looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on website optimisation, digital advertising, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and experience achieving measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Shopify Plus preferred) and email platforms such as MailChimp or Klaviyo.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and act on insights.
  • Creative, commercially focused mindset with strong communication skills.
