We are searching for a highly motivated and driven Email Marketing Executive for a business that builds automated ecosystems that drive millions in revenue for high-performing financial services, online trading and fintech brands.
Our client is a Klaviyo and Omnisend Partner and all their campaigns are data-driven, automation-led, and performance-obsessed.
In this role you will be responsible for email strategy, setup, and execution, with the support of a very talented and creative technical team.
Your duties will include:
- Planning, building and optimising high-performing automated flows - welcome sequences, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase and more.
- You will brief and collaborate with Designers to bring every email to life (beautifully, on brand, and on time).
- You will segment audiences, personalise campaigns, and dig deep into data to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
- You will be responsible for building one-off campaigns, newsletters, and announcements - and report on results with clarity and confidence.
- You will work directly in Klaviyo and Omnisend - building out flows, lists, campaigns, segments, A/B tests and analytics.
- You will be expected to stay on top of best practices, industry updates, and deliverable guidelines.
Successful candidates will be/have:
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar email marketing platforms. If you are certified in either that would be amazing but is NOT essential.
- A solid understanding of email automation, segmentation, triggers, and flows.
- Experience briefing designers and working with creative teams to build cohesive campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, from subject lines to CTAs.
- Analytical thinking - you are just as interested in what worked (and why) as you are in building the next thing!
This role is offered on a hybrid-working basis, 3-days in the office and 2-days from home. You will therefore need to live within a commutable distance of Exeter to be considered for the role or you will be looking to relocate to the area. Please note, this is NOT a remote role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams u2014 including Marketing, Technology, Data, and Creative u2014 to manage campaign workflows, gather business requirements, perform quality assurance, and report on campaign performance. Your insights and operational support will help shape how we connect with our customers, drive engagement, and increase brand loyalty. These campaigns drive millions of dollars in revenue for the company, our hotels, loyalty program and products, so your contribution can make a huge difference in Hiltonu2019s performance.
**Who will I collaborate with?**
You will work closely with the Marketing and Technology teams to develop, test, and execute complex, personalized email and mobile communications to tens of millions of customers.
You will be an integral part of the Customer Marketing Operations team, collaborating with industry-leading digital marketers on global campaigns using modern, sophisticated technologies that transform our guestsu2019 experiences. This will involve implementing new campaigns, and enhancing existing technologies and processes, while delivering insights to help improve campaign and channel performance.
**What your day-to-day will be like:**
Build, segment, target, track, test, deploy and monitor performance of personalized email, push and text-message (SMS) campaigns using our email service provider (ESP), Braze
Develop and utilize HTML/CSS and email/mobile marketing best practices to create and code templates and interactive customer experiences
Develop strong partnerships with outside vendors, internal constituents and other departments to support open communication and ensure goals remain aligned
Collaborate with Customer Marketing Operations leadership and the wider marketing team to develop and implement new and creative approaches to customer and business problems
Execute the directives of the organizationu2019s mission, goals, and objectives, demonstrating self-motivation, open communication, and the ability to work in a group dynamic
Champion the u201cCustomer-Centricu201d mindset, driving customer-first thinking within the organization
**What are we looking for?**
**The ability to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills set:**
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in marketing, data analytics or a comparable field, or work experience that demonstrates comparable abilities
Ability to demonstrate extensive experience in marketing, data analytics, email or mobile marketing, hospitality, or related fields
Skilled in at least two of the following languages: HTML, CSS, Liquid
Experience with email editing software or enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Figma)
Experience using HTML, CSS, or XSLT
Working knowledge of GIT (SourceTree), Postman, JIRA a plus
Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, JSON
Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can meet deadlines and quality expectations across multiple, complex projects, while thriving in a close-knit team environment that relies on open communication to fuel improvements and collaboration
High quality presentation and communication skills
Understanding of email mobile marketing industry trends and best practices
Strong problem prevention and resolution skills
High level of integrity and ownership

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
