- Design, build, and maintain automated marketing workflows and campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Develop email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Segment customer databases and create targeted marketing communications.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align automation strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the marketing automation platform.
- A/B test campaign elements (subject lines, content, calls-to-action) to improve effectiveness.
- Manage marketing automation platform administration, including user management and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
- Work with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective lead scoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Proficiency in email marketing best practices, segmentation, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and scoring methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page development is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
