They are looking for someone who is organised and creative. You'll be responsible executing marketing strategies to generate the volume and quality of leads needed to deliver sales and brand awareness. You will create marketing and PR materials using existing templates, update the company website and property portals, brief and proofread marketing materials, and brief photography for your region's developments. You will also provide administrative support and attend marketing planning meetings and liaise with marketing agencies on marketing campaigns.

About The Candidate:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in the new homes industry in a sales or marketing role is desirable.
  • Educated to degree level in Marketing or another relevant business studies field.
  • Advanced knowledge and competency with of Microsoft Office products including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working with an email marketing platform is advantageous, although not essential.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Able to draft professional communications.
  • High-level proofreading skills essential
  • Driving licence
