You'll be responsible executing marketing strategies to generate the volume and quality of leads needed to deliver sales and brand awareness. You will create marketing and PR materials using existing templates, update the company website and property portals, brief and proofread marketing materials, and brief photography for your region's developments. - Experience in the new homes industry in a sales or marketing role is desirable.

- Experience working with an email marketing platform is advantageous, although not essential.
