Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in office)
Salary: £35,000
A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support its growing analytics and insights team. This is an ideal role for someone with a keen eye for data, looking to build a strong foundation in analytics within a collaborative, commercially focused environment.
The Role:
You'll work alongside experienced analysts and business stakeholders, helping to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. From data preparation and cleaning to supporting dashboards and regular reporting, you'll play a key part in driving smarter decision-making across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing, validating and analysing data from multiple internal systems
Assisting with the creation and maintenance of dashboards and regular reports
Supporting ad-hoc analysis and insight requests from across the business
Working closely with the senior analytics team to continuously improve data processes
What We're Looking For:
Strong Excel and data handling skills (SQL knowledge a plus)
A methodical, detail-oriented approach to working with large datasets
Some familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is desirable
Eager to learn, with a genuine interest in using data to solve business problems
- Quantitative degree from a leading university is essential
You'll be based in London 2-3 days a week, with flexibility around remote working. This is a great opportunity to start or build your career in a role where development and learning are encouraged.

They’re scaling fast and are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to help the team better understand customer behaviour and optimise acquisition performance across digital channels.

The Project:
- Partner closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to tackle complex commercial challenges that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Analyse customer and campaign data to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards to enable data-led decision-making
- Conduct deep dives into channel performance, customer LTV, CAC, and ROAS to guide spend and strategy
- Work with marketing data sources (CRM, referral, and paid media) to evaluate performance and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Strong SQL and Python (or R) skills for hands-on analysis
- Proven experience supporting Marketing, Growth, or Performance teams in a data-focused capacity
- Expertise in Looker and BigQuery (essential)
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, Payback Period, and ROAS
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
