We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, professional marketing materials that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will create visual content for marketing templates, business communications, presentations and brochures, and various internal and external business needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop visually engaging and brand-consistent marketing and shareholder documentation, including reports and presentations
- Apply and adapt copy, data, and imagery into approved PowerPoint and Word templates
- Design graphics and animations for social media channels
- Develop and expand presentation and document templates to meet evolving company needs
- Create brand collateral for print and web (brochures, presentations, posters, digital flyers, web assets)
- Design branded merchandise and promotional items (apparel, swag, event giveaways)
- Customise and brand the company’s SharePoint site and intranet portals
- Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and manage asset libraries
- Approve and tweak packs and documents created by other staff members
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams to conceptualise and execute effective visual strategies.
- Reskin external platforms to match ZILO Branding (HiBob, JIRA, ZenDesk etc.)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Requirements
Skills:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Designer/ Graphic Designer, or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital marketing materials
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with digital design platform Figma
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for limitations, email templates or simple web edits
- Comfortable using content management and intranet systems (SharePoint, Webflow)
- Experience with social‐media scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic understanding of print production workflows

The position is an exciting opportunity to drive & own the acquisition content strategy for our online acquisition capability channels (Cardshop, EApply & SEO). The successful candidate will drive tangible growth for the business within a fast-paced environment, focusing on these 3 core pillars;
+ Seamless delivery of UK market initiatives such as product/benefit refreshes, limited time offers, regulatory updates, etc. across the broad set of acquisition capability assets

Key Responsibilities;

+ Flawlessly plan and execute multi-channel market initiative releases, collaborating with a broad internal matrix of stakeholders to effectively manage the release calendar and adjust with agility when required, e.g. from central team technology owners, acquisition colleagues, local market product owners and multiple other internal stakeholders such as Risk, Compliance, etc. (product refreshes, limited time offers, regulatory changes, campaigns etc.).
+ Drive process excellence & enhanced controls, strengthening the end-to-end process of management of acquisition capabilities, to deliver positive customer outcomes & adherence to internal Project Guardian requirements.
+ Champion the customer and User Experience (UX) best practice at all times, challenging stakeholders to be led by a customer-centric approach, acting as the custodian of the acquisition experience.
