We work with some of the UK’s most exciting brands and creators, and we’re now looking for a Marketing Director to lead Somerce’s own marketing – driving inbound leads, tech sign-ups, and building our position as a true industry authority.
The Role
This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role. You’ll be the driving force behind marketing Somerce (and our tech platform), building a team around you while directly executing campaigns in the early stages. What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy and execution for all internal marketing across Somerce and our tech products

- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing across LinkedIn, TikTok, PR, events, SEO, email, and paid ads

- Launch and host/produce the Somerce podcast to build brand awareness

Design and manage automated communication sequences that deliver value at the right time and provide insight, reassurance and encouragement in equal measure.
User Experience
- Track user engagement and journeys, using data to improve digital experience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of high-impact admissions events that leave a lasting emotional impression, including open days, taster events and personalised visits.
- Pay particular attention to the moments families remember most, creating experiences that are uplifting, personal and affirm the School's distinctive culture.
- Advice on post-event and final-stage touchpoints (e.g. offer letters, follow-up calls) are executed with care, warmth and exceptional attention to detail.
Insight & Evaluation
- Monitor performance across all campaigns and platforms, producing regular analysis and insights to inform future planning. Apply a data-driven, commercially-minded approach to campaign planning and performance, using insight to prioritise and refine messaging, target segments, and improve ROI.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, social metrics, admissions data and CRM reports to drive decision-making and continual improvement.

Brand & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide marketing expertise to staff across the School, helping colleagues present the Charterhouse story with confidence and clarity.

The Successful Applicant

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a strategic marketing role, with a strong track record of developing integrated campaigns and delivering results through performance analysis

Reporting directly to the CMO, we’re looking for a Director, Product Marketing to set-up and own our product marketing function.
The role will directly shape the evolution of our go-to-market strategy, translating product innovation into market demand and revenue growth. **The Role**
You're a seasoned marketer who has cut your teeth at top tier strategy or consulting firm -developing bold messages, shaping go‑to‑market playbooks, launching complex service offerings, and influencing C‑suite decision makers.
At Kyndryl, as an Assicoate Director, Solutions Marketing, you'll be in the solutions marketing team for our global consulting portfolio, working closely with senior leaders and accountable for defining the positioning and messaging that drives market share, customer impact, and revenue growth across industries. Remote work with some travel abroad, and flexible hours to accommodate the global nature of this role.
You'll work with experienced industry professionals, subject matter experts, and marketers. **Specifically, your responsibilities will include:**
+ **Position the portfolio** : Develop and refine clear, differentiated narratives for our global consulting service lines. Craft value propositions and messaging that resonate with priority buyers and buying committees, that reflect the depth of our consultative expertise and its impact on customer transformation. Ensures alignment with regional needs and competitive dynamics.
+ **Partner with consulting leaders** : Collaborate closely with service line leaders, offering managers and SMEs to package and launch flagship solutions. Collaborate and coordinate closely with cross‑discipline teams-digital, events, ABM-to help deliver integrated brand-to-demand campaigns that accelerate pipeline and shorten sales cycles.
+ **Market intelligence** : Deeply understand customer needs, buyer personas, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy, GTM and content. Translate insights on how technology trends, especially in AI, data, cloud and applications, drive industry and business imperatives. Segment the market opportunity based on patterns of unmet needs and trends, understanding how we compare versus the competition.
+ **Knowledge Assets and Sales Enablement** : Create customer facing sales assets, such as pitch decks and customer value propositions, that equip our teams to effectively position and sell our services. Unearth patterns and insight from strategic wins/losses, developing customer case studies and communicating them effectively to the business. Identify the best route-to-market to serve GTM team needs.
+ **Thought Leadership:** Play a central role with in the creation of high‑impact thought leadership, including white papers, POVs and executive briefs in partnership with Corporate Affairs, Content and Analyst Relations.
+ **Building a culture of transparency** , openness, growth mind-set and innovation in the spirit of nurturing this into a high-performance team

**To be successful in the role you will have the Required Technical and Professional Experience:**
+ 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in solutions, services, or product marketing roles-ideally within technology, consulting, or professional services.
+ Deep understanding of consultative sales and how to market complex, intangible services to senior business and IT buyers.
+ Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience working closely with product, sales and other field teams to drive revenue growth.
+ Experience working directly with consulting leaders and subject matter experts
+ Strong executive presence and experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
+ Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
+ Data-driven approach to measuring and reporting program effectiveness
+ Excel in understanding the customer and ability to translate complex services into clear value propositions that resonate with senior decision makers across industries
+ Strategic thinking & strong research skills along with the ability to synthesize.
+ Results oriented and proven collaboration skills
**Who You Are**

+ Experience marketing digital transformation, business consulting, or advisory services in an enterprise context.
+ Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into marketing actions.
+ Background in management consulting or working closely with consulting practices.
+ Bachelor's degree
