You will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis, ensuring seamless integration across social media, paid search, email marketing, content marketing, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the latest digital marketing tools and techniques. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of in-office collaboration in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK , and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing systems.
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing copy, ad creatives, and landing pages.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and generate regular reports.
  • Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Test and iterate on campaign elements to continuously improve effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
