**What You'll Do**
Responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network.
You will do this by working with our merchant prospect/partner to drive activities which increase brand awareness and engagement. Ultimately increasing perception of coverage and acceptance awareness for our global cardholder base.
Our partners in this role consist of merchants across several key verticals. You will be working directly with these merchants, both prospects and existing partners, to grow our acceptance footprint and awareness.
This role partners with our Business Development team and requires you to support prospect pitches as well as building marketing proposals that support our overall proposition.
On a day to day, you will be negotiating marketing opportunities in a B2B2C environment, which includes developing a marketing plan, leveraging key channels and identifying other mutual opportunities. Ensuring performance metrics are in place and managing the marketing budget effectively.
Having strong influencing skills is a must in this role and the ability to build marketing proposals based on data analytics
Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee. This role does not include any direct team leadership.
**How You'll Do It**
