Your opportunity
Working collaboratively as part of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for the following key areas:
+ Digital marketing production:
+ Manage the marketing automation and e-mail marketing programme and ongoing activity for organic and paid
+ Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns, segmentation and distribution lists into our CRM tool and Pardot email platform
+ Contribute to the development and execution of regional social media strategy (paid & organic)
+ Coordination: Support request and activity of the marketing team, coordinate external digital agencies and service providers to help ensure smooth emailing and campaign execution, roll out and monitoring.
+ Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on marketing activity effectiveness using key performance metrics to guide future improvements.
+ Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and delivery of pan-regional campaigns across EMEA, LATAM, and US Offshore.
+ Campaign Toolkit Development:
+ Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. product marketing, regional leads, investment specialists, design, UX) to help shape campaign messaging and propositions at both capability and product levels.
+ Support the development of campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, social media posts, and webinars.
+ General Support: Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the wider marketing team.
+ Budget & Resource Support: Help manage external resources and track associated budgets.

Must have skills
+ Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution
+ Strong marketing skills with extensive experience delivering multi-channel campaigns

The digital marketing team essential in driving new acquisitions and increasing customer retention (which in turn also leads to growth). The key objectives are to generate additional subscriptions, build both subscriber and non-subscriber engagement, and improve retention.

An exciting position has become available for a digital marketing executive to join our marketing team working predominantly on The Spectator World and The Spectator Australia. Reporting to the Head of Subscriptions, the role will focus on achieving KPI’s across a range of channels including social media, email marketing and website optimisation.

Role responsibilities

●    Working with key stakeholders to execute an integrated marketing strategy to drive both print and digital subscription acquisitions

●    Maintaining a weekly digital marketing schedule of acquisition email campaigns, referral marketing campaigns and social media acquisition activity.  Keeping track of activity through a campaign schedule

●    To monitor the success of acquisition marketing activities through appropriate measurement and evaluation and review with Head of Subscriptions, making recommendations for improvement  

●    Regularly review and optimise automated email programs - such as win back series - to maximise customer engagement and retention

Requirements

Enthusiasm and a passion for digital marketing is of paramount importance, and a keen interest in politics and current affairs is a must. Experience across a range of digital channels would also put you in good stead –

Essential:

●    Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency within Excel

Joining on an initial 3 month basis, this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the support and delivery of Sparks Campaign briefs on the M&S Account working closely with our Creative agency Mother. The role is integral to the effective running of the marketing function within M&S Fashion, Home & beauty, coordinating the delivery of all administrative elements of Marketing campaigns and activity, including the management of samples for shoots, shoot sheets, styling day support, carnets, set-up of trackers / briefs, select packs and asset packs for the campaign. As well as business as usual projects and supporting the approval process of imagery.

This role is key in translating M&S’s Marketing vision into a detail line by line brief for the whole of the ITG agency Production team to follow. You will create trackers / briefs, ensuring copy, imagery, and allocations are complete by critical path deadlines. Co-ordinating shoot preparation, sample packing & logistics, organising deliveries, maintaining the storage space, and post shoot organisation of product samples. You will be the go-to person for coordinating product for shoots, building strong relationships with the wider Marketing team as well as Buying and Merchandising to ensure all samples are gathered on time and that correct product is handed over. Overseeing the management of all shoot sheets, working directly with the Business Units to gather accurate product information and any other relevant information, to supply to Production before shoots. Supporting the approval process of imagery by supplying select packs to the Art Buyers and also Asset packs for final assets (including AV). Supporting the Social & Marketing teams to approve content as needed.

This position is integral to the prolonged success of shoots and content for M&S, ensuring critical path deadlines are adhered to; it requires excellent organisation, flexibility, proactivity, and relationship management skills, with the ideal candidate confident liaising with multiple stakeholders at all levels when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Sample management, delivery of pre- and post-shoot production and the asset approval process
  • Collation of QR Codes & URLs for content
  • Supporting across the briefing of Sparks Campaigns & Shoots
  • Attending weekly check-ins and liaising with various key stakeholders in the business to source accurate information for the team for upcoming shoots and projects
  • Ensuring critical path deadlines are adhered to throughout the production process
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with multiple senior Marketing stakeholders and have regular informal progress catchups on project statuses

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with confidence to talk to multiple stakeholders of various seniorities across ITG & M&S
  • You’ll be an organised individual, with an interest in processes, efficiencies and smarter working where possible
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
  • You can demonstrate that you’re a quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Shoot / Retail experience, as well a good understanding of shoots, sample management and production would be an asset
  • Finally, you understand the importance of customer service, you’ll be working alongside our client and delivery is paramount

We are currently recruiting a junior Marketing executive to join our London based team for a fixed term contract. This exciting role will support marketing initiatives and social media presence for our Women's summits.

With Intelligence’s Women’s Summits, has built a reputation for hosting the must-attend events for senior women in private markets across the globe. Regularly attracting audiences between 200 and 1000 investment professionals. These Summits boast a lively and vibrant atmosphere that allows for honest, eye-opening, and straightforward discussions, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

Working with the Head of Marketing – Women’s Summits, you will be focused on executing the core marketing initiatives set out by the team across the global portfolio. This includes developing and creating email templates; building out a social media presence for each of the Summits; and designing promotional creatives to use throughout the marketing campaign.

The Event Marketing Executive should be comfortable working across various marketing channels including social, web and email (notably Pardot), as well as numerous members of the marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help create and execute marketing initiatives for the global Women’s Summits portfolio.
  • Increase our social media presence including running paid campaigns across platforms and Summits
  • Create marketing collateral to help promote each Summit through various channels
  • Work closely with marketing team members across both the US and UK offices.
  • Work with design and operations team to deliver a seamless brand identity across marketing, social and in person event.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in marketing (preference on events but not required)
  • Creative, passionate, self-motivated, and willing to participate in the team
  • Proactive and can do attitude
  • Previous experience of working on marketing tools such as Pardot, Linkedin, Salesforce, Canva, Mircosoft Office desired.
