Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the procurement and supply process for POS materials, branded apparel, and dealer loaders across the EMEA region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

  • Oversee procurement projects from planning through to execution, including innovation rollouts, marketing campaigns, and new activation tools.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience with POS / trade or commercial assets
  • Ideally 1–2 years experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, multinational environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and knowledge of logistics or customs processes is advantageous.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in brand management within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of successful brand building and P&L management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in market data analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
