PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As Marketing Campaigns Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving HSO’s growth by strengthening and expanding our market presence. You will develop and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that generate new business opportunities, elevate HSO’s brand, and achieve lead generation and pipeline targets.

Working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Group Marketing teams, you’ll ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives, customer needs, and HSO’s go-to-market strategy. Your efforts will position HSO as a thought leader in business transformation through Microsoft Business Applications, Cloud, and AI innovation.

REPORTING LINE

This role reports to the Head of Marketing (or equivalent, depending on structure).

JOB FUNCTION
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns to meet KPIs and business objectives.
  • Orchestrate and deliver customer campaigns that reinforce HSO’s image, values, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Group Marketing to deliver global campaigns tailored for local markets.
  • Define and segment target audiences and craft tailored messaging for each campaign.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure HSO is accurately positioned in the market, communicating the value and business benefits of Microsoft solutions, HSO IP, and services.
  • Position HSO as a thought leader and trusted partner in digital transformation through Microsoft technologies.
  • Plan, organize, and manage events such as exhibitions, webinars, and advisory boards as part of integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and subject matter experts to create compelling content for web, social media, whitepapers, blogs, and sales collateral.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver enablement materials such as case studies, win wires, and customer success stories.
  • Identify and nurture customer advocates for testimonials and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation across campaigns and channels.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Essential
  • Minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience within the IT sector.
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content creation aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Experience in event and exhibition management.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams).
Desirable
