As our Marketing Executive, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full marketing mix from creating content and tracking campaigns, to coordinating events and building brand presence.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Craft engaging content that reflects our brand voice and inspires our audience
  • Maximise the impact of content across web, social, and email channels
  • Coordinate logistics and planning for events, webinars, and client showcases
  • Support the preparation and submission of award entries that spotlight the success of our clients and BFY
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
  • Maintain and optimise website content to ensure it’s fresh, relevant, and on-brand
  • Manage and promote marketing assets like case studies and client testimonials
  • Create high-quality sales collateral that support our business development efforts
  • Keep our marketing engine running smoothly with day-to-day team support

Your Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of marketing or communications experience (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Super organised with a sharp eye for detail
  • Comfortable using social media, email marketing tools, and website CMS platforms – and eager to learn more
  • Bonus points for experience with HubSpot, Photoshop, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Analytics
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
