On the back of continued growth, we’re looking for a driven, creative, and organised individual to join our marketing team. As our Marketing Executive, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full marketing mix from creating content and tracking campaigns, to coordinating events and building brand presence.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Craft engaging content that reflects our brand voice and inspires our audience
- Maximise the impact of content across web, social, and email channels
- Coordinate logistics and planning for events, webinars, and client showcases
- Support the preparation and submission of award entries that spotlight the success of our clients and BFY
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Maintain and optimise website content to ensure it’s fresh, relevant, and on-brand
- Manage and promote marketing assets like case studies and client testimonials
- Create high-quality sales collateral that support our business development efforts
- Keep our marketing engine running smoothly with day-to-day team support
Your Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of marketing or communications experience (agency or in-house)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Super organised with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable using social media, email marketing tools, and website CMS platforms – and eager to learn more
- Bonus points for experience with HubSpot, Photoshop, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Analytics
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
