Strategic Pricing and Negotiation: Recommend and defend competitive win prices while maintaining Infosys’ value proposition.
Client Expectations and Relationship Management: Set and manage expectations, develop comprehensive account plans, and drive client satisfaction and growth.
Market Insight and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor moves to maintain leadership in the market.
Contract and Account Operations: Oversee contracting, manage risks, and address escalations related to service delivery, payments, and client relations.
Account Growth and Strategic Planning: Develop and review strategic account plans; engage with client stakeholders to expand Infosys services.
Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor the account team and collaborate with delivery managers to foster a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; consideration for 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education, and 14+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship/account management background
Significant business development and project management experience
Experience in the Manufacturing industry vertical
Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Broad IT and business consulting engagement experience
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience
Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
Understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
Global Delivery Model experience
Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
Track record as an Account Manager in a growing client relationship
