About the team:
The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of The Beauty Tech Group and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.
We are seeking multiple Influencer Marketing Managers across a variety of territories including the UK, USA and Europe. In our search we are looking for candidates who are passionate about beauty tech and are results oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data driven influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple channels. We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience working towards specific KPIs, including campaign performance metrics, influencer engagement rates and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a high impact influencer marketing strategy across multiple territories that aligns with CurrentBody's focus on driving brand awareness and sales growth.
- Lead end to end influencer campaigns, ensuring all activities are aligned with business objectives and driving measurable results.
- Define KPIs and targets for each campaign, regularly monitoring performance.
- Analyse campaign performance data including engagement rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI to derive actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and content creators to drive collaboration and ensure brand alignment.
- The ideal candidate should be confident in coaching and mentoring a team.
- Manage influencer budgets effectively, negotiating contracts to maximise ROI while ensuring impactful campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to refine influencer marketing strategies.
- Cross functional collaboration
- Plan and execute influencer events, product launches, ensuring each event is designed to achieve specific business targets and drive engagement.
Candidate requirements:
- A strong background in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns within the beauty, wellness, or tech industries.
- Experience in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and maximising impact.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on building a high performance culture and driving target achievement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative and effective campaign strategies that resonate with audiences and drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and building strong influencer relationships.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced environment.

The Role
Our team are at the forefront of the business and responsible for the set up and maintenance of both our website and mobile site. Ensuring our offers are current, seeking out the best deals and imaging to advertise. We work with some of the biggest brands in the UK including Sky, Expedia, Tesco, Very and Dominos. We rely on a lot of communication externally, within the team and the wider business. We are also responsible for adding new brands to site and sourcing these through various channels. We encourage improvements to be made throughout the site and on our own in house portal. Full on the job training will be provided.

About the Role:
•Assist with the day-to-day management of CurrentBody Chinese speaking influencers as well as platforms and agencies with account troubleshooting, partnership retention, campaign management, content curation and execution
•Tracking industry, social media, and competition to better understand trends, conversations and keywords, and identify opportunities and develop influencer partnerships across a variety of Social Media platforms for strategic growth
•Ensure the continuous optimisation of social media channels, partnerships and performances
•Plan and execute partnership calendar for all new launches, promotions, campaigns as well as strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales, meet channel revenue objectives and maximise ROAS
•Support the wider marketing team with weekly performance report to ensure they stay on course
Candidate Requirements:
•Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
