Key Responsibilities:

* Driving further development of shopper and e-commerce initiatives.

Day to Day

What We're Looking For:

  • FMCG, Retail or fast-paced environment experience (1-2 years)
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for in-store marketing and POS materials

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment

Location & Travel

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager and collaborate with teams across Parts Sales & Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Key Accounts. This role also involves regular communication with external suppliers and dealers, making strong interpersonal and organisational skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and adaption of marketing assets, both printed and digital (50% of role)
  • li>Support with planning, implementing, and monitoring of quarterly marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Management of the communication portal and other marketing platforms, communicating marketing and product updates
  • Support the development of digital marketing strategy
  • Liaising with Dealer marketing staff to follow up on their marketing initiatives
  • Point of contact for suppliers and marketing agencies, supporting the business on a day-to-day basis
  • Frequent communication with the Central Product Marketing team, utilising and adapting the marketing assets provided
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, including processing of invoices (SAP)

Job requirements and Qualifications:

    < i>Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign (essential)
  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Graphic Design and/or Business Management
  • Excellent organisation skills with a good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced IT competencies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Solutions oriented person, motivated by challenge
  • Good presentation and social skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Internship Details:
•    Start as a 1-year internship with the potential to extend to 2 years

Salary & Benefits:
•    £26,000 to £28 00 (Depending on Degree)
•    Full Time Internship - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm – 37.5hrs p/w
•    Hybrid working  3 days in the office
•    24 days annual leave (+ carry over up to 5 days)
