We're looking for a Design Manager to join our Construction team based in London.
Location : London/Loughton, Essex - with flexible work times considered
Contract : Full Time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Design Manager you'll be working within the Design team, supporting them on projects across a variety of different sectors including Commercial, Public Sector and Health.
Your day to day will include:
- Management and delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule.
- Design input at both preconstruction and construction stage of projects
- The production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules.
- Attending/chair necessary meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
This role of Design Manager is great for you if you have:
- Experience of delivering high value, complex design work from the main contractor perspective.
- Ability to organise, plan, programme and manage workloads.
- Experience of site/contract procedures would be an advantage

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (22.5 hours)
Join our dedicated team at Oaks Hospital and make a difference in patient care.
We are currently seeking a motivated and GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join our friendly and professional team, supporting medication management across all clinical departments.
- Carry out medicines reconciliation and screening of drug charts on the ward.
- Counsel patients on TTOs (To Take Outs) and medication changes to ensure safe discharge and full understanding.
- Provide accurate and evidence-based medicines information, responding to clinical queries from healthcare professionals.
- Aid and support the hospital’s antimicrobial stewardship programme.
- Carry out regular audits to maintain high standards of medication safety and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the wider clinical team to promote safe, effective, and personalised patient care.
- GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist is essential.
- Previous hospital experience is desirable but not essential – full training and development are available.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, patient-focused approach with a passion for clinical pharmacy.
