Central Employment are working in partnership with a hugely successful Online Retail & Interiors organisation, as they look to expand their in-house eCommerce and Performance Marketing team. They have a new and pivotal role for a data and insights driven PPC Manager, reporting into the eCommerce Manager.
Hybrid, x 3 days in their West Yorkshire office.
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of my clients PPC campaigns and drive performance across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities- Deep understanding of my clients current paid media/paid search strategies, tools, and processes.
- Shadow ongoing campaigns to learn best practices and how the campaigns are structured.
- Identify quick-win opportunities and implement early optimizations to enhance PPC performance.
- Take ownership of PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet performance targets while aligning with customer intent and behaviour.
- Expand paid media efforts across Paid Social Ads, Amazon and AWIN.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for creative assets, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports with key insights, test results, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and campaign alignment.
- Consistently deliver high-performing campaigns that exceed expectations.
- Optimize and scale non-brand paid search campaigns to improve CTR and search impression share.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover trends and implement continuous improvements.
- Drive growth on emerging platforms through refined strategies.
- Develop insights and strategies for personalized landing pages to enhance conversions.
- Circa 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- Operated in a Paid Search Agency or an eCommerce setting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally towards shared goals.
- Expertise in executing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in shaping creative strategies for performance marketing.

Key responsibilities:
- Identifying category and consumer trends – and turning them into actionable insight.
- Leading category reviews and trade marketing proposals that deliver real value.
- Using data (Kantar, IGD, Circana and more) to build weekly/monthly reports that inform both internal and customer strategies.
- Supporting NPD and EPD plans with robust insight and commercial thinking.
- Taking ownership of regular store visits and feeding back to the wider commercial and manufacturing teams.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and future-facing Digital Marketing Manager to lead the organisation’s digital strategy and transformation agenda.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketing leader to take full ownership of a national healthcare brand’s digital presence, ensuring performance-led outcomes across SEO, AI-driven content, paid media, and strategic outreach. The role is both strategic and hands-on, offering scope to shape a high-impact digital roadmap aligned to business growth and service development.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the organisation’s digital marketing and communications strategy. You will take ownership of content creation, website performance, AI-powered media innovation, and campaign execution, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all digital initiatives with a data-led and insight-driven approach, ensuring high engagement, brand visibility, and measurable impact across all platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end ownership of digital strategy and content performance.
- Management of SEO, backlinking, and AI-led content (image, video, blog assets).
- Weekly delivery of blog posts, content updates, and social engagement assets.
- Paid media management across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Oversight of WordPress website, with technical optimisation and regular audits.
- Development of monthly reporting packs and performance dashboards.
- Campaign planning across email marketing, landing pages and outreach.
- Collaboration with creative partners and internal teams including business development, finance, and recruitment.
- Use of AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, Jasper, and Sora to enhance content production.
- Execution of A/B testing, HTML5 asset delivery, and CRM campaign support.
- Lead on brand refresh and marketing strategy for talent and client acquisition.
Location
This role is based full-time at the organisation’s West Yorkshire office, Monday–Friday.
- Strong command of SEO, content strategy, and technical optimisation.
- Demonstrable experience in the application of advanced AI tools (minimum five use cases).
- Confident in reporting digital KPIs and driving cross-channel insights.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Experience in managing paid media and social media engagement strategies.

What You'll Do
- Own and execute the venue’s annual marketing plan across digital and traditional channels

About Consulting at RSM UK
Consulting brings together multiple teams to provide client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,800 people delivering c£200m revenue.
At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: finance function support, business transformation, deal services, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our solutions create an enhanced tailored approach to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals.
Overall job purpose
This individual will work as part of the consulting marketing team to deliver a collaborative approach to our client solutions. This role will create and lead the national marketing and comms strategy for Consulting's Finance Function Support solution.
They will be responsible for developing and monitoring the full range of marketing and comms activity to support the growth strategy for this solution, working closely with the multiple teams that support this solution.
Working collaboratively across our six solutions, they will agree and execute shared routes to market through joined up integrated campaigns and communications with a focus on industries.
Working closely with the Head of Consulting Marketing, this role will contribute to the wider solution strategy and drive forward best practice within their solution offerings and as part of the consulting marketing team.
Responsibilities
Marketing strategy and planning
- Marketing Lead for Finance Function Support - work with the heads of departments to understand Finance Function Support's growth strategy and plan the marketing and comms strategy accordingly.
- Work collaboratively across all the consulting solutions (Business Transformation, Deal Services, Restructuring, Forensic and Investigations Services, Risk and Governance) to support the Consulting vision and strategy.
- Deliver key marketing and comms activity in line with the plan and ensure there is clear demonstration of return on investment.
- Closely liaise with the wider marketing team to ensure industries and locations incorporate and effectively rollout the national activity and that the national team is fully informed of all marketing activity relevant to this solution, sharing ideas and approaches.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain a strong strategic relationship with the Head of Finance Function Support and department heads.
- Support the Head of Finance Function Support with their own personal branding, messaging (internal and external) and routes to market.
- Build strong relationships with our technical and delivery teams to understand and support the technical needs of our messaging and underlining technical content.
Campaigns and communications
- Originate, develop and lead on all related campaigns from inception through to delivery, ensuring that messages are consistent with strategy.
- Own and maintain the content for Finance Function Support on the website, optimising page performance, engagement and seeking continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Marketing Project and Operations team to plan and deliver major campaigns.
- Work closely with the industry marketing team to create content and campaigns to support our solutions.
- Work closely with demand generation to ensure campaigns and communication are optimised to generate opportunities.
- Lead on social media activity for Finance Function Support developing and owning content and advising the key Finance Function Support commentators.
- Identify and evaluate potential new marketing opportunities which support the targeting activity of the team.
- Monitor and report ROI from marketing activity to share successes and shape future plans.
- Take the lead on knowledge sharing and internal communications for the solution, including ownership of our internal comms channels (intranet, broadcasts, Viva Engage).
Bids
- Work with the Bid team, collaborating on the production of best practice content for Finance Function Support.
- Develop and maintain credentials, case studies, testimonials and other material to support business development and ensure marketing collateral drives lead generation.
Client experience
- Utilise the knowledge gained from client insight to help shape future marketing campaigns and communication.
Other
- Build internal and external networks and third-party relationships as appropriate.
- Deliver work for our other solutions and ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Consulting Marketing.
Personal and professional qualities
The role requires:
- A professional with strong marketing and business development experience, particularly in lead generation marketing and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing and business development, ideally within a professional services environment.
- A professional, credible and confident communicator, with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm
- Solid and relevant commercial understanding and experience
- Experience of managing large projects and multiple relationships
- A proactive and self-motivated individual
- Management of own workload with minimal supervision

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing expert who excels in paid media and thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment. You will be instrumental in driving awareness, revenue growth, and a localized user experience for Trimble AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner) products in the EMEA region.
Reporting into our Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for AECO, you’ll work in a mid-seized team of six within Digital Marketing but you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Sales Operations and Finance to name a few.
Initially, this role WILL be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract but there is the likelihood that the role will evolve into a permanent position.
About Your Location:
Ideally you will be in a location where you can work hybridly from one of our UK offices but for the right candidate this role can be Remote within the UK. You must be comfortable with relatively regular business travel, predominantly within the UK but potentially to other EMEA countries.
What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing Implementation:
Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for the Trimble lead generation paid media advertising efforts in EMEA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations, creative, and brand, to ensure seamless campaign execution
Paid Media Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Capterra PPC, and PPL programs
Oversee paid media strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Lead, ensuring all campaigns meet return on investment key performance indicators and align with business goals
Prioritize driving revenue while maintaining a localized approach to resonate with regional audiences
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Partner with the Business Intelligence team and agency partners to track campaign performance and ROI
Provide actionable insights by analyzing the sales funnel and identifying areas for optimization
Deliver regular reports and data-driven narratives to stakeholders, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement
What You'll Bring:
Strategic & Tactical Expertise:
