About Flyp Flyp is a real estate and technology platform revolutionising home sales. Our vision is to be the partner of choice in unlocking trapped value for residential property in the UK. We achieve this by redefining the property sales process - empowering homeowners with a flexible toolbox of solutions designed to extract maximum value at every stage of their sale journey. Over the past three years, we’ve built the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure to enable scalable growth. Now, with proven traction and repeatable results, we are entering a pivotal phase: expanding into new markets, accelerating deal flow, and professionalising our commercial engine. The UK residential market sees over £1 trillion in housing stock transact each year - much of it sold sub-optimally due to misaligned agency incentives, poor presentation, or rushed sales processes. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Operations & Product Performance to design, run, and continually improve the operational backbone of our marketplace - where instead of gambling on a single sole agent, every seller gets 5 competing agents for the price of 1, with none of the hassle, managed end-to-end by us across a network of 5,000 agents. This is a hybrid role spanning operations leadership, product improvement with a focus on data-driven performance management. In the short term, you’ll be in the detail-optimising deal flow, managing the ops team, and drawing insight from data to drive results. Over time, you’ll build the structure, systems, and processes that allow Flyp to scale 10x while keeping homeowners happy and deals moving. If you thrive at the intersection of property, product, and performance , this is your chance to build a category-defining operational engine. Key Responsibilities Oversee and scale operations - ensure smooth running of onboarding, vendor management, and viewings through the team leader and ops team, keeping performance on track. Over time, you’ll build the structure, systems, and processes that allow Flyp to scale 10x while keeping homeowners happy and deals moving.

If you thrive at the intersection of property, product, and performance , this is your chance to build a category-defining operational engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and scale operations - ensure smooth running of onboarding, vendor management, and viewings through the team leader and ops team, keeping performance on track.

  • Escalation management - step in directly with vendors or partners where required to resolve issues and protect client outcomes.

  • Build the operational playbook - identify bottlenecks, prioritise fixes, and implement processes and automations to increase capacity.

  • Product ownership - translate operational challenges into product requirements, work with tech to scope and prioritise improvements.

  • Data & insight - own performance reporting, manipulate raw data, and draw actionable insights to drive faster sales and better client outcomes.

  • Team leadership - coach and develop the ops team leader, support hiring, and set the structure for scale.

  • Growth enablement - ensure we have the capacity, systems, and people to handle growing lead volumes and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven operations leadership experience in PropTech, marketplaces, or scaling B2C businesses.

  • Strong data capability - comfortable extracting, manipulating, and analysing datasets to drive operational decisions.

  • Understanding of the residential property market and seller/agent dynamics.

  • Product-minded operator - able to translate operational needs into product specs and partner effectively with developers.

  • Team builder - experience managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solver with a hands-on mindset; comfortable working scrappy now while building for scale later.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a high-growth PropTech business solving real problems in the UK housing market.

  • Own and shape the operational backbone at a critical stage of expansion.

  • Work closely with an ambitious, experienced founding team.

  • Competitive salary + options.

Perks & Benefits

  • Vitality Health Insurance & Perks - physical, mental, and lifestyle benefits
  • Yulife Life Insurance - with wellness rewards
  • Brand-new Paddington office (WeWork)
  • Flexible Working - min 3 days/week in office; full-time expected during onboarding
  • Dog-Friendly Workplace
  • Thursday Drinks (on us!) & Quarterly Socials
  • Access to Flyp Properties - stay in our homes (subject to availability)
