Responsibilities:
As an EN-Material Handling Operator, you will:
- Safely operate material handling equipment to move goods efficiently
- Inspect machinery and report any maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment usage
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience in material handling or a related field
- Valid forklift or relevant operator certification
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
