part time

Chef required for a Golf Course in East Cheshire. The golf course operates a range of menus including some banqueting (not every evening), this will give the chefs a nice balance of shifts with some daytime shifts. per hour. This role is part time to start with, 20 hrs a week and then could increase to 40 hours from April.

The role
As a chef you will cook a range of items including breakfast items, lunches for the golfers and for events when they happen. This is working with the head chef and will include prep and cooking. This role is of a chef de partie level and would carry the duties of a Golf club chef role.

Expeirence
We are looking for a candidate who is at a chef level, ideally able to run over a prep list on your own and able to cook on the head chef days off.
