As the Digital Media Specialist (DMS), you will be tasked with ensuring a luxury online customer experience, through the representation of the Centre’s New and Pre-Owned vehicles, to drive sales and support the achievement of Centre’s objectives.

Reporting to the Used Car Manager, you will create high quality images, video content and digital media to showcase the Centres vehicle stock across online platforms. This role supports the Centre sales team to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard, diving customer engagement and customer enquiries.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Photography & Media

  • Capture high-quality, consistent images and video walkarounds of all vehicles for online listings
  • Ensure all vehicles are photographed promptly once prepared for sale
  • Edit and upload images to the Centre website, manufacturer portals, and third-party advertising platforms
  • Maintain visual standards by presenting vehicles in a professional and appealing manner

Digital Media & Content

  • Produce creative digital content for marketing campaigns, including short videos, social media reels, and promotional graphics
  • Assist the Centre Support Manager and Marketing Department, with social media content production and unique creative initiatives that are in line with Porsche Brand and PRG Marketing strategy, to engage audiences and promote stock

Stock Management Support

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving License held for over 2 years and be aged over 21 years (for insurance purposes)

  • Experience in using image editing software (Photoshop)

Join our dynamic UK Demand Generation team and play a pivotal role in driving our social media strategy to new heights. This role will lead three areas end-to-end, including driving acquisition and innovation in social media paid channels, developing and executing the organic social media and content strategy in partnership with the Communication and Corporate Affair team, and leading key strategic projects to scale demand.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ End-to-end ownership of always-on social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Measured against achievement of targets, with a focus on improving key metrics throughout the funnel.
+ Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
+ Leading holistic projects to generate further demand, identifying key strategic areas of growth.
+ Collaborate closely with partners in Above The Line, Brand, International teams, Compliance, and Legal to build campaigns, messaging strategies, and creatives that excite and convert prospects, while modeling best-in-class regulatory compliance.
+ Manage and direct multiple external agencies, creative teams and partnerships. Optimise, influence and coach these teams, obtaining the strongest value and best outcomes for Amex without compromising attention to detail and governance.
+ Maintain and execute a pipeline of test-and-learn opportunities to create growth opportunities for the future including scoping, testing and validating new channels.
+ Lead the forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis to ensure robust measurement frameworks are built into demand generation projects.
+ Build and develop partnerships with UK media publishers (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube) and continue to learn and improve social channels through feature adoption.
+ Monitor internal and external trends and technologies to continually improve our advertising and maintain competitive advantages.
+ Coach, motivate and develop up to 4 marketing executives and support the ongoing development of wider team culture.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Significant experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
+ Demonstrated strategic thought leadership, including synthesizing complex issues into specific plans, using data and insights to drive decisions, and an ability to link to broader business impacts.
+ Strong people leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver against goals and provide coaching and feedback to support development of team members.
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills with excellent written and oral communication to articulate learnings and outputs and inform future plans.
+ Negotiation and influencing abilities, with a track record of building and leveraging relationships and leadership.
+ Ability to work within a fast paced and deadline driven environment while retaining attention to detail over essential brand and compliance policies.
+ Willingness and ability to work with white space and ambiguity.
