  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand sentiment.
  • Collaborate with content, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage social media budget effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact social media strategies for e-commerce brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital analytics.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing remote teams.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
