Role Description
This is a full-time role as a medical Telesales associate based in our Weymouth office. The Medical Telesales Associate will make outbound sales calls, develop and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills.

- Telesales experience is desirable
- Medical or Medical sales background not essential, but also desirable

You will develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency, particularly critical within a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for facilities management, aligning with organisational goals.
- Oversee the delivery of cleaning, maintenance, and support services across multiple healthcare sites.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare hygiene standards, infection control protocols, and environmental safety regulations.
- Manage budgets for facilities operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of facilities coordinators and service providers.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with a significant portion within the healthcare sector, is essential. Proven experience in managing large-scale cleaning and sanitation operations is critical. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, infection control principles, and building maintenance systems is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are paramount, as is the ability to manage remote teams effectively. Experience with CAFM systems and a proactive, problem-solving approach are highly valued.
