- Extensive experience with medical-grade skincare treatments, laser therapies, and advanced facial techniques.
- Proven ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

The Training Specialist (Medical Devices) for Radiometer is responsible for delivering end user training on the correct use of our devices at hospital sites and providing project management of new instrument implementations.
This position reports to the Implementation Manager, is part of the Application & Implementation Specialist Team and is a national field-based role.
Please be aware - This role is an excellent entry point into the life sciences industry! - We're looking for someone with a passion for training, whether your experience comes from healthcare, education, retail, or another sector. You don't need a scientific background or industry-specific experience to succeed here. What matters most is your ability to deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions and manage projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Deliver end user training on the correct use of device for implementations and contract training.
+ Work with both internal and customer teams to plan and project manage implementations.
+ Create and deliver training programs for customers in the use of Radiometer products.
+ Provide onsite face to face training to healthcare professionals on the use of Radiometer products
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Experience as a trainer.
+ Proactive approach and focus on providing high quality training sessions. Available for nationwide travel on 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home) - being based in between North London and Midlands area (Luton/Milton Keynes/Northampton) would be advantageous
+ Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Clinical knowledge about patient groups in hospitals.
+ Implementing medical devices in a clinical environment.
+ Working in a commercial field-based role.
+ Project management skills and experience.
