We are currently recruiting for an ST3+ Emergency Medicine (department) to support an Out of Hours service based in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure flexible shifts with competitive rates in a well-supported environment to contribute in medical and nursing.
Location: Crewe
Shifts: Out of Hours (Evenings, Weekends, Nights)
Pay Rates:
- 37.59/hr - Core Hours
- 45.41/hr - Unsocial Hours
Requirements:
To be considered, candidates must have:
- At least 12 months of references (including 1 dated within the last month)
- An updated CV
- Original DBS certificate
- Certificate of Fitness to Practice
- Verified ID and Right to Work in the UK
- Evidence of medical qualifications
- GMC registration and check
- Valid ALS/BLS certificate
- Previous NHS experience is essential

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Consultant Emergency Medicine from the United Kingdom to join our client’s private hospital on a beautiful Caribbean island. The ideal candidate will provide expert emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical attention, resuscitation, and stabilization for patients presenting with acute illnesses or trauma
- Perform diagnostic assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and nursing personnel in emergency protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transition of care for admitted or referred patients.
- Remain on-call for emergency situations as needed, including during mass casualty events or public health emergencies.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (e.g., ABEM, CCFP-EM, or equivalent).
- Must be registered with GMC in the UK
- Valid and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in the Cayman Islands.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-residency experience in a high-volume emergency department.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification required.

- Proficient in:
- Performing and analysing a wide range of diagnostic procedures.
- Administering radiopharmaceuticals intravenously .
- Using complex imaging systems and software.
