Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide safe, consistent, and person-centred support to residents with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting individuals with mental health conditions, self-harm risks, suicide prevention, and behaviours that challenge
Promoting independence and daily living skills (budgeting, cooking, appointments, community access)
Assisting with personal care, medication, and household tasks where required
Using de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations safely and respectfully
