Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Location: Liverpool
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Assets, including Legionella control, adhering to safety standards and specifications.
- Proactively identify and address plant faults and defects, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining serviceable order.
- Manage spare parts inventory and provide accurate lists and time estimates for remedial works.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and CAFM entries for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely submission.
- Oversee and monitor subcontractor work on site, ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining a professional image.
Qualifications + Skills :
- NVQ level 3 or similar (desirable)
- Facilities management experience (preferred)

Theyare looking for a M&E Engineer to join the M&E Division of their Property Services Department, providing a multi-skilled maintenance service, that will include Mechanical & Electrical, HVAC and Water Hygiene services.
This is an excellent opportunityfor a driven professional ready to take on more responsibility within a well-established Facilities Management FM company. In this role you will play a key part in managing maintenance operations for a prestigious high-profile site in West London while you will still have a hands-on approach to PPM Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance.
