Job Title : Metal Fabricator
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £14 – £8 per hour
We are offering an outstanding Opportunity for Metal Fabricators! Our client has been providing advanced food production equipment and solutions around the world for over 40 years.
They have 120 employees working at two production sites and supply leading food companies in 63 countries-and they keep growing. To support this growth, they’re expanding their Production team and looking for Metal Fabricators to help installing high-quality stainless steel food processing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel to exacting standards li>Sheet metal work and operation of fabrication machinery (e.g., blasting, brake press)
- Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Supporting site visits for installations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- < i>Proven TIG welding expertise (MIG welding is an advantage)
- Experience with stainless steel fabrication, ideally within pharmaceutical or food manufacturing sectors
- Skilled in operating fabrication machinery
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD or SolidWorks drawings
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative work approach
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations
- Experience with blasting and brake press operations is advantageous
Benefits:
- Overtime available x1.5 regular / x2 Sundays / x3 Bank holidays
- 40 hours guaranteed
- £14 to 18 p/h

Are you a Metal Fabricator with the ability to interpret CAD Drawings looking for a stable, days-based role that can offer great work-life balance and stable work?
On offer is a company who have been designing bespoke and luxurious glass solutions for companies like Audi, Ferrari and other leading brands in the commercial and domestic industries for over 20 years.
In this role you will be working off CAD drawings to manufacture and fabricate aluminium parts. You will be operating Band Saws, Routers, Drills and Punches create parts before preparing them for assembly via powder coating, anodizing and hand finishing. No welding knowledge is required for this position.
The role would suit a Metal Fabricator with the ability to interpret CAD drawings looking for a stable, days based role offering consistent work and no need to weld.
The Role:
- Working with Static Machinery and Hand Tools to create Aluminium parts
- Interpreting CAD drawings
- Finishing parts via Powder Coating, Anodizing and Hand finishing
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with two, 30 minute paid breaks

The purpose of the role is to fabricate/weld steelwork , architectural metalwork to fabrication drawings to BS EN 1090-1 standards.
Responsibilities:
- Weld and fabricate metal components to technical drawings and instructions.
- Cut, shape, assemble and fit metal components using fabrication equipment and tools and various welding techniques, factory tools and equipment.
