• Maintenance and Patch Management:
o Regularly apply security patches and updates to Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring they remain secure and compliant with organizational policies.
o Perform routine health checks and system optimizations for both environments to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of services.
o Collaborate with internal teams to schedule downtime and communicate patching efforts to minimize user disruption.
• Policy Configuration & Governance:
o Define, deploy, and maintain governance policies and frameworks within Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
o Ensure compliance with security best practices, industry regulations, and internal policies in all configuration and governance activities.
o Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and manage user permissions to enforce secure, scalable solutions.
• Collaboration & Support:
o Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
o Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure alignment of Power Platform solutions with organizational goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Administrator, with hands-on expertise in managing Microsoft Power
