About the Role

As a D365 Finance Functional Consultant, You’ll be the go-to expert for D365 F&O, working closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure the system supports strategic goals. You will not only ben expanding and enhancing functionality from the current system, you will also be integral to rolling out D365 F&O across additional entities.


You will be responsible for translating business needs into D365 technical solutions, configuration of D365 Finance modules, optimising the ERP system, lead change management and act as a senior point of escalations for more junior members.



Experience Needed:

  • Functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Finance
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture and deployment pipelines

Driving strategic growth through Microsoft co-sell

The Microsoft Co-Sell Specialist is responsible for leading & owning the end to end co-sell referral process within Softcat. You will be working with customers and engineers over the phone, video calls and remote login sessions to resolve issues as quickly as possible. This role also allows for development opportunities with company products and software offerings. This role will be Monday to Friday and require someone to be in the office full time.

The Role:

  • Technical point of contact for customers and Engineers
  • Take ownership of technical support and resolve issues as soon as possible
  • Specialist OEM training given on their range of high tech products

The Person:

  • Someone from an electrical background, such as installation or maintenance
  • Good communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Looking for progression and training opportunities with a global business
