The company are a design agency working on projects both on and offline.
Providing creative marketing services to a variety of client in several sectors
Projects include digital design for websites, interactive presentations, motion graphics and animation along with print and branding for 2d marketing material, packaging, and design for events.
Usual skillset with packages for motion and animation would be perfect.
Full job spec prior to interview
As well as a full cv can you please send 5 or 6 examples of work that we can present to the client, the best way to do this is on a PDF document all in a single folder no more than 5-9mb in size as just a small taster to wet the client's appetite, or an online portfolio is ok.

What you'll be doing…
This Designer will focus on animations for the wider Creative Solutions team and we require this candidate to have a strong ability to use Adobe After Effects and to be able to show examples of previous work in this area. You will bring your design experience to the Creative Solution team where you will play a key role in supporting Art Directors to produce top-notch designs and animations that enhance pre-sale and live delivery for our clients.
The primary responsibilities include collaborating with Art Directors and Designers to transform concepts into captivating advertising pitches and contributing to the development of assets for expansive integrated commercial campaigns. The Midweight Designer must have experience designing and animating assets for Social Media and Digital Ad builds
The ability to work closely with commercial teams, clients and other creatives under tight deadlines while managing their own time is a must, as is a demonstrable record of flexibility and patience with demanding clients. Experience in digital media and online advertising, up-to-date knowledge of creative trends, and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment which encourages an entrepreneurial approach are also highly desirable.

- A strong ability to use After effects and to be able to produce top notch animations using Adobe After Effects
- A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite skills especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Have a strong typographic understanding and an ability to follow brand guidelines.
- A demonstrable record of flexibility and patience with demanding clients
- A positive attitude and energy under pressure
- Experience designing digital advertising creatives in Celtra or similar production software
