What will you be doing at Arrow?
- Provide pre-sales technical support and assist sales staff in selling Managed and Advanced Support services for cybersecurity products.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new customers by acting as a liaison between the Arrow sales and services delivery teams.
- Answer routine technical questions about Managed and Advanced Support services for resellers and Arrow sales representatives.
- Act as an internal/external escalation point in case of delivery issues related to Managed and Advanced Support services.
- Responsibility is EMEA-wide with an additional focus on a specific list of countries.
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

- You possess sound comprehension of prevalent security architectures and solutions (e.g. endpoint protection, email security, web/network protection, zero-trust network access).
- You are capable of articulating the primary benefits for the end-user, in addition to the predominant challenges encountered when utilizing these solutions.
