About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join a growing FM team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across all London zones . This is a PPM, reactive, and compliance-driven role , ideal for a qualified engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple high-profile buildings.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining building services systems to the highest standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and full statutory compliance across a diverse estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- p>Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple commercial sites

Respond to reactive repairs and urgent call-outs efficiently

Ensure all work meets compliance standards and statutory testing requirements

Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical or mechanical systems (depending on bias)

Support minor installation works and small projects

Maintain accurate records via CAFM systems and site documentation

Liaise with clients, helpdesk, and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery

Adhere to health & safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline

18th Edition (for electrical bias) or relevant mechanical qualifications

Proven experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenance

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations

There is also a bonus scheme which is performance based.
