The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, mapping processes, and supporting the development and optimization of core business platforms in collaboration with regional business analysts and key business and IT stakeholders and IT
**What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?**
+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
+ Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for platform solutions
+ Work closely with regional business analysts and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
+ Support platform configuration, customization, and testing activities
+ Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and enhance platform usability
+ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and build consensus
+ Monitor platform usage and performance; provide insights to enhance user adoption and efficiency

**What are we looking for?**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
+ 3-5+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or similar role-ideally in the software, SaaS, or tech industry
+ Familiarity with one or more major business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.)
+ Strong understanding of business processes in sales and pipeline management, pricing, sales operations, and customer engagement (incl. pricing and customer program management)
+ Demonstrated experience in building reports, forecasts, and executive dashboards
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
+ Business fluency in English language
