What You’ll Be Doing- Moderating Live Sessions: Support the live host during TikTok Live shopping sessions, managing chat engagement, and ensuring audience questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Managing Flash Deals & Stock: Set up and adjust flash deals during the stream, monitor stock levels, and communicate updates to the host and Somerce team in real time.
- On-the-Day Adaptation: React quickly to live challenges, whether that’s adapting deals, troubleshooting tech issues, or adjusting the flow of the session based on performance.
- Host & Team Liaison: Work closely with hosts to feed them live information (deals, FAQs, product push priorities) and with the Somerce team to align on client goals.
- Ensuring Smooth Operations: Handle the behind-the-scenes execution during live sessions, keeping everything running efficiently across long-form streams (6–12 hours).
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide post-live insights and flag opportunities to improve processes, engagement, and sales performance.

- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
