Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R) and a strong understanding of statistical methods are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective scientific reporting and collaboration. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a remote team setting is crucial.
