Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Health & Safety of all employees, visitors and contractors in their respective area.
 - Lead and drive the Site’s food safety culture across intake, stock control and off-site facility (Storlogs) up 25 heads.
 - Support the overall intake of raw material, planning of inbound and decanting plans, application of traceability standards, manning of both sites to meet the production plans utilising the fresh and frozen raw material.
 - Liaise with key stake holders namingly planning, production, logistics and technical departments.
