With 68 years remaining on its lease, the trust offers strong security for long-term strategic decisions. The Partnership/Contract Manager will lead this leisure management contract, delivering commercial performance, operational excellence and community health outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesThis senior leadership role is responsible for commercial performance, operational excellence and the delivery of community health outcomes. You will lead and coach a team of General Managers, closely supported by Central Teams, to drive commercial income across all sites and work with community partners to align health and wellbeing within the county.
Qualifications- 5+ years of leadership experience in multi‑site sports/fitness/leisure management, such as Contract Manager, Partnership Manager, Area Manager, Cluster General Manager or Senior General Manager.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to plan effectively and deliver against financial targets.
- A solid understanding of the sports and leisure sector and its role in supporting community health and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Analytical, operational and strategic planning skills, combined with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
