Are you experienced in taking short productions from concept to final delivery? Can you handle every phase of 3D production—creating concepts, handling layout, creating basic props, animation, lighting and rendering? After rendering, are you able to handle the final edit with music, graphics, and SFX? If so, we want you! Moonbug's Alternative Formats team is expanding and seeking versatile, experienced "one-stop shops" to create 60-second CG shorts for our top brands.
Our Content Creators will be solely responsible for every phase of production under our Senior Executive's guidance.
Requirements
- Creative Direction:
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and attention-grabbing shorts and alternative content concepts.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure the project complements the overarching IP vision.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Avid consumer of YouTube content
- Pre production:
- Experience ingesting creative briefs and pitching back an executable production plan including scripts, shot lists, and schedules.
- Production:
- Experienced at executing end to end production in 3D softwares such as Maya, and Redshift
- Post Production
- Expertise in running Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, properly setting up editing projects, creating bins and having an organized post workflow, with experience crafting various editorial cuts / addressing notes / basic sound mixing experience
- Delivering various formats of deliverables after approval and project backups of all the work
- Production Management:
- Project management skills to adhere to project timelines.
- Adaptable and able to iterate on shorts based on creative feedback.
- Data Analytics
- Monitors performance of shorts on YouTube, staying abreast of topical trends
- Researches and ideates based on data pulls from Avalon and YouTube MFK Top 50
- Analyze channel performance of data to identify growth opportunities
- Work with Data team to pull quarterly reports to inform future content strategies
- Advises on thumbnail creation, where needed

HMP Parc Prison is a Category B men's prison located in Bridgend, Wales. The prison accommodates individuals who have been convicted of various offenses requiring secure custody and rehabilitation. The prisons aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. The prison's mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.
Role Responsibilities
As a Tutor, you will develop and deliver high quality, learner focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with Novus Gower policies and procedure. Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification - with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- Have experience of creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
- Have experience of achieving of quality targets
- Have experience of producing accurate and timely reports
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to motivate and enthuse learners
