**The Opportunity**
You will support the Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) team across EMEA, while reporting to the Director of Interior Design for EMEA.
You will have the opportunity to learn on the job and gain a practical understanding of graphic design within the hospitality industry.

+ Creating EMEA AD&C Quarterly Reports.
+ Creating EMEA Development Quarterly Reports.
+ Creating Year End Presentations.

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video animation, Generative AI and 3D design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    • Figma
    • AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway)
    • 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) (a plus)
    • Project management (Airtable, Notion, Trello) (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to clearly present design ideas, accept feedback, and explain visual decisions to stakeholders.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing your animation, graphic, and 3D design work.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Ability to be proactive and make themselves involved, identify new creative ways to help support the brand.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously seeks to improve skills through self-directed learning, experimentation, or feedback, especially in areas like, graphic design, 3D design, motion graphics, or AI-related tools.
  • Open-minded and adaptable, with a growth mindset and willingness to step outside of comfort zones to learn new techniques or processes.
  • Thrives in a flexible, non-traditional work environment and comfortable managing their own schedule, collaborating across time zones, and delivering results without strict 9–5 boundaries.
  • Able to work in a European timezone.
