Temp Role: Label Management Coordinator
Kings Cross, London – 4 days office / 1 day remote
Start ASAP | Temporary contract
Rate: £15/16per hour – depending on experience
We’re looking for a highly organised Temp Label Coordinator to support the Label Management team across admin, operations, and release tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Track tasks via email/ticket threads and update LMs on progress/issues
- Monitor physical releases (Airtable), flag delays, chase actions
- Check Release Hub submissions (e.g. Apple IDs, Spotify URIs, Disco links)
- Format weekly emails to label partners
- Compile physical pre-order reports for labels
- Audit artist profiles and update rosters
- Assist with UMG supply chain, Beatport early delivery, and video delivery
- Support tool issue tracking and feedback
- Handle sublabel creation and admin (Release Hub, Airtable)
- Manage aggregator labels (Code7, Outpost, Odin)
Requirements
- Admin or music ops experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with DSPs, metadata, Airtable, Disco, etc.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
