Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Ruislip
Salary: 36,000-40,000 salary is dependent on experience and how well the interview goes
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead and support our busy dental team in Ruislip. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to drive practice performance, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain excellent patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the dental practice, ensuring compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and all regulatory standards.
Manage and support the dental team, including recruitment, training, and appraisals.
Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
Manage finances including budgets, payroll, and reporting.
Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and customer service.
Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the practice.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential).
Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Financial management and reporting experience.
IT literate, with experience using dental practice software (training provided if required).
Professional, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
