We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function - with a clear succession plan to step into the role of Commercial Director.

You'll take ownership of their national sales strategy, building a high-performing team and driving sales of modular site welfare units and compounds directly to house builders and main contractors. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and progress into a senior leadership role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver a national growth plan focused on direct sales.
  • Lead and inspire the external sales team; oversee internal sales (directly or via an office manager).
