Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) or Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).
- Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or equivalent qualification highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developmental care and family-centered practice.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with families in sensitive situations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth and digital communication tools.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and other relevant certifications.
