Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications network design and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G NR, LTE) and/or fixed-line network technologies (e.g., xDSL, FTTH).
- Proficiency in IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with network simulation and design tools.
- Understanding of network security principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS) are an advantage.
